Chapter 1 Welcome!


Article 1 (Purpose)

Thank you for using the service provided by this website (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The Company has established an integrated login account system that allows you to access all websites and applications (applications and apps) provided by the Company so that you can use various Internet and mobile services (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") more conveniently and has prepared the applicable account terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). These terms and conditions stipulate the basic matters such as the rights, obligations and responsibilities required to use the Account (hereinafter referred to as the "Account") service, so please take a little time to read them carefully.

Article 2 (Effect and Changes of Terms and Conditions)

①Basically, these terms and conditions apply to the company's services, but in the process of providing various services, there are cases in which separate terms and conditions, operating policies, etc. are inevitably applied. Please check these information on the information, announcements, and initial screens on each relevant service.

②The Company may, if necessary, change these Terms and Conditions to the extent that they do not violate relevant laws and regulations. In the event of any change in these Terms and Conditions, the Company shall, in principle, notify or notify you of the change in the notice of service from seven days before the effective date. If the change is made unfavorable to you, we will inform you individually by sending an e-mail (an electronic means such as sending an e-mail address within the service, sending an e-mail message within the service, sending an e-mail message within the service, or sending a message to the mobile phone number registered by you.

Article 3 (Regulations other than the terms and conditions)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the provisions of the relevant Acts and subordinate statutes or the terms of use of individual services, operating policies, and rules (hereinafter referred to as "Detailed Guidelines").


Chapter 2 Account Use Contract


Article 4 (Construction of Contract)

①You can use the company's services more conveniently by signing up as a member. You can apply for membership after reading and agreeing to these terms and conditions, and the company approves to complete the membership process and gives you an account.

②An account refers to a member identification unit established to manage the history of using various services used by members after they log in to the service.

③The company may inevitably reserve or refuse to approve the application for membership in the following cases. In particular, if you are under the age of 14, you can create an account only with the consent of your parents and other legal representatives.

1. If the company has deleted your account in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or detailed guidelines
2. When you try to create an account using someone else's name or email address
3. If you have not entered the necessary information or entered false information when creating an account
4. When there is no realistic room for delivery service facility capacity
5. If it is determined that there is a problem with the technical part of the service provision
6. Other cases where the company deems it financially and technically necessary
7. Where a member who has received a measure to suspend membership from the company arbitrarily terminates the use contract and applies for re-use during the period of such measures
8. In the case of violating other relevant laws or contrary to the standards set by the company, such as detailed guidelines, etc

④If you are found to have created an account in violation of the above paragraph, the company may immediately suspend your account or impose appropriate restrictions, such as deleting your account.


Article 5 (Account Management)

①The account is available only to you, and you cannot allow others to use your account. And you should manage your password yourself so that no one else can use your account without permission. The company can let others enter passwords and go through additional identification procedures to prevent them from using your account without permission. If unauthorized use is found, please let the company know through customer service and they will guide you on how to prevent it.

②You can view and modify your account information through the account website or the account setting screen within the individual service. However, some information necessary for the provision and management of account services may not be modified, and additional identification procedures may be required for modification. If there is any change in the information you informed us when applying for use, please revise it yourself or let the company know through email or customer center.

③In order to provide better account services, companies can display various information on the service screen, including various notices, management messages, and other advertisements related to the use of the service, or send them to your e-mail. In the case of sending advertising information, it is only sent if you agree to receive it in advance.

④The company is not responsible for any problems caused by your failure to modify your account information in a timely manner.

Article 6 (Change and Termination of Account Services)

①The company shall endeavor to provide account services non-stop for 365 days, 24 hours a day. However, in the following cases, all or part of the account service may be restricted or suspended.

1. In the case of regular or temporary inspections for the maintenance, repair, etc. of facilities for account services
2. Where the normal use of accounts is hindered due to power outages, obstacles to all facilities, or runaway usage
3. In the event that the account service cannot be maintained due to various circumstances of the company, such as termination of the contract with the affiliated company and government orders/regulations, etc
4. Where there are other reasons for force majeure, such as natural disasters or national emergencies

②In the event of an account service suspension under the preceding paragraph, we will notify or notify you through the service initial screen or notice board. However, this is not the case if prior notice or notification is impossible due to unpredictable or uncontrollable reasons (disk or server failure without fault, system down, etc.). Even in this case, as soon as the company understands the situation, we will try to restore the service as soon as possible.

③Any changes or termination of a service that have a significant impact on you will be notified individually by emailing to your account registered email address, e-mailing within the service, sending notification messages within the service, or sending messages to your registered mobile number.


Chapter 3 Account Services


Article 7 (Providing various services)

①The company provides basically the same service to all of you. However, due to related laws such as the Youth Protection Act or special needs in providing individual services, some of the services may be restricted, such as varying the content, time of use, and number of uses, based on age or a certain level. Details can be found on the information on each service, announcements, and help from the customer center.

②If your application for membership is accepted, you are free to use the service whenever you want, and you do not need to sign a separate use contract for individual services.

③However, even within the service, individual services can be used only by agreeing to separate terms and conditions of use. If necessary, additional information must be entered, or the certification process set by the company, such as approval of email addresses, text message authentication, and certificate issuance, must be completed.

④You may terminate the use of individual services, and in this case, all data, such as the service usage record, will be immediately deleted, except for information that must be stored for a certain period of time as prescribed by relevant laws and regulations or personal information processing policies. However, if your post or post is posted by a third party with scrap or other sharing functions, or you add a post such as a comment to a third party's post, please make sure to delete the post before the end of use, and please note that the post may not be deleted depending on the characteristics of some services and the nature of the content. If there is a separate guide that there may be a limit on the reuse of the service for a certain period of time at the time of the end of use of the individual service, please note that there may be a certain time limit on the reuse of the service according to the guide.

⑤Termination of use of individual services under the preceding paragraph means termination of use of that individual service only, and the use of an account or other individual service is not terminated. If you wish to terminate the use of your account, you must terminate the use contract as prescribed in Article 13 of this Terms and Conditions.

⑥The company provides you with a variety of services that you can enjoy on the Internet and mobile, such as bulletin board services and online content provision services. You can download and install the service from an application store on your smartphone, install it directly on a PC, or access a webpage to use the service. However, since the company provides various services you want every moment, we have no choice but to inform you of the service details separately. Please understand the circumstances of these companies, and the company also provides more detailed information on how to use individual services in the application store, the Q&A center of each service, and the relevant information and notices, so please feel free to check them.


Article 8 (Points)

①The company gives you points so that you can use the service efficiently.

②Points refer to virtual data on a service that has a certain unit of calculation that the company arbitrarily sets or adjusts to pay in conjunction with your specific service use.

③The company's services and benefits that can be used as points are subject to change from time to time depending on the company's policies and partnerships with third parties, and the company does not guarantee the permanent use of the points.

④Points have no property value, the company does not offer cash exchange or refunds for points, and you cannot exchange points for cash or make paid transactions.

⑤If necessary for the operational purpose of individual services and to support the efficient use of points, the company may inevitably adjust some or all of the points, or take measures such as restricting or extinguishing the use, as prescribed by the policy.

⑥In addition to what is provided for in this section, the details of the granting and use of points follow the operating policy set separately by the company, and the company will inform you through individual service pages or customer center help pages.

Article 9 (Advertising)

When you use a variety of services, some individual services sometimes include advertisements. You pay for data communication charges that can be incurred while using the service according to the contract with the carrier you signed up for, and you also pay for the additional costs incurred by viewing the included advertisements.


Chapter 4 Obligations of Contracting Parties


Article 10 (Obligation of Members)

①When you use the account service, you should not do any of the following actions.

1. Any act of writing false information when applying for or changing the use, stealing or using another member's account and password illegally, using another person's name, or performing text message (SMS) authentication without the permission of the nominee
2. an act of damaging or disadvantaging another person's reputation
3. The act of posting pornographic material on a bulletin board, etc. or connecting (link) pornographic sites
4. An act that infringes on the copyright of the company or a third party and other rights
5. The act of disseminating information, sentences, figures, voices, etc. to others that violate public order and customs
6. Registration or dissemination of computer virus infection data that causes malfunction of facilities related to account services or destruction and confusion of information
7. The act of sending advertising information or spam mail against the recipient's explicit refusal to receive information that may deliberately interfere with the operation of the account service or the stable operation
8. Copy, modify, distribute, sell, transfer, lend, provide collateral or permit others to use the service or any part of the software contained therein without the consent of the Company, and reproduce, emulate, or otherwise modify the service, such as reverse design or attempting to extract source code
9. The act of pretending to be another person and falsely specifying the relationship with another person
10. the act of collecting, storing, and disclosing the personal information of other members
11. The act of distributing false information for the purpose of benefiting oneself or others in property or causing damage to others
12. The act of distributing information that mediates misconduct or mediates misconduct
13. Any act of interfering with the daily life of the other person by continuing to reach the other person with words, sounds, writings, images, or videos that cause shame, disgust, or fear
14. Transmission or posting of information (including computer programs) prohibited from being transmitted or posted by relevant laws and regulations
15. The act of pretending or impersonating an employee or operator of a company or affiliated company, or stealing another person's name to post a post or send an e-mail, message, etc
16. Posting or sending by e-mail, message, etc. containing software viruses, other computer codes, files, and programs designed to disrupt and destroy the normal operation of computer software, hardware, and telecommunications equipment

②You may not transfer or donate the right to use the service or other status under the contract of use to another person, nor may you provide it as collateral.

③If you do not comply with relevant laws, all of the company's terms and conditions, or policies, the company may investigate your violations, suspend or continue to use your service, or restrict you from rejoining.

④Please refer to the detailed guidelines for the matters set forth in this article and other details on the use of account services.

Article 11 (Intellectual Property Rights)

①You have the right, such as intellectual property rights, to the posts you have produced and published.

②Posts refer to various contents or files that consist of signs, letters, voices, sounds, pictures, photos, videos, links, etc. that you post on the service for the purpose of letting others or yourself see.

③To legally provide posts you post through the service, you need permission to store, reproduce, modify, send, display, distribute, and create secondary works (but not limited to time and local limits, and license without payment).

④You must retain the necessary rights for this in the preceding paragraph, as the publication of the post grants the company such authority.

⑤The Company will exercise your rights to use the content limitedly only for exposure within the service, utilization for service promotion, research for service operation, improvement and development of new services, compliance with legal obligations such as web accessibility, and permission to search, collect and link on external sites, as prescribed by relevant laws such as the Copyright Act.

⑥If you are forced to use your content for purposes not described above, we will explain it to you in advance and obtain consent.

⑦The content you provide can be used for research and development purposes to improve services and provide new services.

⑧If the service is provided with management functions such as content deletion and non-disclosure, you can directly control the use or access of others, and request measures such as deletion, non-disclosure, and exclusion of search results through the customer center.

⑨Some services may be difficult to process, such as deletion or non-disclosure, and we inform you through information on each service, announcements, and customer center help.

⑩Using someone else's content through a service does not mean that you have intellectual property rights for that content. In order for you to use the content freely, the use must be within the limits permitted by relevant laws such as copyright law, or you must obtain separate permission from the intellectual property holder of the content.

⑪The company may disclose, delete, or refuse to publish a post you post if it violates any relevant laws or regulations, these terms and conditions, the operating policies of the post, the terms and conditions of each individual service, or the operating policies. However, this does not mean that the company is obligated to review all of its content.

Article 12 (Protection of Personal Information)

Your personal information will only be used for the purposes and to the extent that you agree to ensure smooth service delivery. Rest assured that the company will never provide your personal information to a third party by law or unless you agree otherwise. Please refer to the Personal Information Processing Policy for the efforts and other details that the company makes to safely process your personal information.


Chapter V Termination of Use Contract


Article 13 (Cancellation of Use Agreement)

①When you no longer want to use your account, you can apply for termination of the use contract using the menu provided in the service at any time, and the company will expedite the process as prescribed by law.

②The company may destroy or store your account information separately after notification by other valid means, such as sending an email, text message, or KakaoTalk message to your registered email address or mobile phone number if you do not have a record of logging in or accessing your account for the period prescribed by law.

③When the use contract is terminated, your account information and individual service data used as your account will be deleted, except when you have your information in accordance with laws and regulations and personal information processing policies. However, matters related to the deletion of all data, such as posts written within the individual services, are subject to the terms and conditions of the individual services.

④Even if the usage contract is terminated, you can apply for the conclusion of the usage contract with the company again.

Article 14 (Compensation for damages)

①To the extent permitted by law, the Company makes no agreements or guarantees on any specific matters not specified in these terms and conditions regarding the Services. In addition, the Company does not guarantee the reliability, accuracy, etc. of information, data, facts, etc. published in the Services by means of contents providers (CPs) or written by members, and shall not be liable for any damages incurred without the Company's negligence.

②The company will compensate for your damages in accordance with these terms and conditions and related laws if you suffer damage due to the company's negligence. However, the company shall not be liable for the following damages that occurred without the company's negligence. In addition, the company shall not be liable for indirect damage, special damage, consequential damage, disciplinary damage and punitive damage to the extent permitted by law.

1. Damage caused by natural disasters or equivalent force majeure conditions
2. In case of service failure due to reasons attributable to you
3. Personal damage caused by access or use of the service
4. Damage caused by a third party illegally accessing the company's server or using the server
5. Damage caused by a third party interfering with transmission to a company server or transmission from a company server
6. Damage caused by the transmission or distribution of malicious program by a third party
7. Damage caused by omission, omission, destruction, etc. of transmitted data, damage caused by third party's use of the service, such as defamation, etc
8. Damages caused by other reasons that are not intentional or negligent by the company

Article 15 (Resolution of Disputes)

These terms and conditions shall be in Korean. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Korea. If there is a dispute between the company and you regarding the use of the service, we will sincerely discuss the resolution of the dispute. Nevertheless, if it is not resolved, the procedure set forth in the Civil Procedure Act of the Republic of Korea will be followed.
